Abstract: This paper presents a welding parameter acquisition system based on STM32 microcontroller and W5500 Ethernet chip to solve the problems of high randomness, tracing welding parameters and difficulty in quality tracking. This paper designs the software and hardware of the welding parameter acquisition system, and realizes the acquisition and filtering of voltage signals and data transmission through TCP/IP protocol.
