Getting Started with NCD Web Relay Controller Boards Start by?downloading Base Station at https://ncd.io/start?and Run the application.? A window will appear which listens for all NCD UDP broadcasts.? Plug in your Web Relay Board and wait for the Network window to populate with the IP address of the Web Relay Board.
