W55RP20-EVB-Pico Ethernet - GPIO

I am using W55PR20 EVB BOARD CONNECTED TO MCU AND USING SPI INTERFACE TO CONNECT TO W55PRO. USING STANDARD S2E RELEASE 1.23 FROM WEBSITE. i am able to see DEBUG MESSAGE COMING PROPERLY TO W55PR20 and the same is not coming to SPI. All options are explored , seeing SPI INT not getting triggered at all.  Need hlep.

W55RP20 - What is RP2040 GPIO 17 internally tied to

I am writing NON-Sdk code for this device. The documentation states: "However, GPIO17, GPIO20, GPIO21, GPIO22, GPIO23, GPIO24, and GPIO25 are not accessible due to the connections inside the board."I have found connections for GPIO20-25, but not 17.GPIO20-25 interface with the W5500 SPI.Nowhere does documentation or drawings identify the GPIO17 internal connection.Since the RP2040 code must initial…

W55RP20-S2E Long connection to MQTT

Hi everyone, I'm having a problem with the W55RP20-S2E module. The connection time to the broker is about 20 seconds, sometimes less, but usually 20 seconds.I'm wondering if this is normal?I've tested the device on versions 1.1.9 and 1.2.0, and they work similarly.I use three certificates to authenticate with the broker.I've analyzed the logs, and what puzzles me most is this fragment, which…

W55RP20-EVB-PICO + WIZPoE-S1 = Magic Smoke

Hi!I naively assumed that WIZPoE-S1 is a perfect non-isolated match for W55RP20-EVB-PICO.After programming, I unplugged USB, put WIZPoE-S1 in female headers (VC1/VC2 on RJ45 jack). I connected this combo to TP-Link TL-SG2008P (802.3at/af) and after 2 seconds and successfully power and Ethernet negotiation W5500 chiplet released magic smoke trough small hole in chip package (2 mm left from "W" in W…

How to resolve IP conflict when using multiple Wiznet devices with ConfigTool?

HelloI am working on a project that uses several Wiznet modules on the same local network & I noticed that when I scan them with ConfigTool; sometimes two devices show up with the same IP address. This creates problems because I can not reliably connect to the right device and occasionally one device becomes unreachable.I tried manually reassigning IP addresses through ConfigTool but after a r…

W55RP20 multi client Modbus TCPIP server

We now use the:-W55RP20lwIP library ArduinoModbus libraryThe w55rp20 works just fine for single client but does not accept the second one. If I turn off the first one the second one connects and works fine. Does not work simultane…

W55RP20-EVB-Pico high packet loss

I have recently bought a W55RP20-EVB-Pico board with the intention of adding support for it to the Zephyr RTOS.After some struggling (do I really have to use the PIO for SPI? What is the maximum SPI frequency in that case? I had to slow it down to 10 MHz.), I got it working, but I'm experiencing extremely high packet loss (>60%). It also takes minutes to get an IP address from DHCP as a result…
