Second, check if the missing file exists in your project structure. Look for freertos_sdk_config.h in the FreeRTOS-Kernel directory: It is present in that location
Third, try cleaning and rebuilding the project completely by deleting any existing build directories and rebuilding from scratch.: Done , but again same error
I wonder does any one face this kind of problem? Why am I getting this error?

We recommend the following versions for successful build and development:
2.0.013.2.Rel1If it still doesn’t work with the above settings, try compiling it using the Pico extension.
https://github.com/raspberrypi/pico-vscode?tab=readme-ov-file#raspberry-pi-pico-visual-studio-code-extension
If it still fails, delete the entire cloned source code and clone it again.

Hi Hannah ,
Thank you for the reply.
As you suggested i deleted entire cloned directory and again tried with the steps suggested:

I tried this not only in one PC/machine but in other PC also it is giving me same errors even when trying with same procedures and versions.
But still it gives an errors:

Hello,
The W55RP20-S2E has just been updated to version 1.1.7.
It has been modified to allow building with a newer GCC version, so we recommend trying a fresh build.
Thank you.

And we recommend building using the Pico extension for Visual Studio Code.
