혹시 사용하는 Configuration Tool버전과 WIZ550S2E firmware 버전을 알려주시기 바랍니다.
이전버전의 Configuration Tool은 제품의 firmware에 따라 다를수 있습니다.
현재버전의 configuration tool 은 통합된 버전으로 WIZ550S2E firmware과는 상관없이 동작합니다.

Configuration Tool은 WIZnet_Configuration_Tool.jar 로 Version 1.3 입니다.
WIZ550S2E firmware 버전은 어떻게 확인하나요?

안녕하세요.
펌웨어 버전 정보는 Configuration Tool의 하단에서 보실 수 있습니다.
그러나 Tool 우측에 설정된 값들이 나오지 않는다면 펌웨어 정보도 나오지 않을 수 있습니다.
모듈의 펌웨어 버전이 v1.3.0 이상이라면 최신 버전의 Tool을 사용하시면 되지만, 그렇지 않을 경우 F/W 버전에 호환되는 Configuration Tool을 사용하셔야 합니다.
버전 정보는 아래 표를 참조해 주세요.
우선, 아래 페이지를 참조하셔서 펌웨어 업데이트 진행 부탁드립니다.
업데이트 진행 후에는 Factory reset 버튼을 5초 이상 눌러 초기화를 해주셔야 합니다.
