It sounds like you're experiencing a communication issue with your W5500-based setup after about 10 minutes of operation. Here are a few potential reasons and troubleshooting steps you can consider: 1. **Timeouts and Keep-Alive Settings**: Ensure that your TCP connection settings include appropriate timeouts and keep-alive settings. If the connection is idle for too long, it might be closed by the network or the W5500 itself. 2. **Buffer Overflows**: Check if there is any buffer overflow happening on either the client or server side. This can cause the connection to drop if the buffer is not managed properly. 3. **Network Stability**: Verify the stability of your network. Any interruptions or fluctuations in the network can cause the connection to drop. 4. **Power Supply**: Ensure that the power supply to the W5500 and the boards is stable and sufficient. Any dips in power can cause the device to reset or malfunction. 5. **Firmware and Software Bugs**: Review your firmware and software for any potential bugs that might cause the connection to drop after a certain period. 6. **Error Handling**: Implement error handling in your code to automatically attempt reconnection if the connection is lost. 7. **Check for Memory Leaks**: Ensure there are no memory leaks in your code that could cause the system to run out of resources over time. If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consult the technical documentation for the W5500 or reach out to the WIZnet community for further assistance.
