w5500및 주변회로 제거 후 wiz850i 모듈을 점프해서 연결하니 바로 정상 동작 합니다.
일단 펌웨어 문제는 절대 아닌 것 같네요.
제가 회로에서 놓치고 있는게 있는지 검토 바랍니다.
