FTP 어플리케이션 상에서는 외부 IP라고 추가해야할 사항은 없습니다.
W5500에서 IP 할당은 어떻게 받고계신가요?
IP 나 MAC 주소에서 충돌나는 부분은 없는지 확인하시는게 좋을 것 같습니다.
Wireshark 캡쳐가 가능하시다면,
wireshark에서 접속이 안되는 경우 패킷확인 하시면 어떤 이유인지 더욱 명확하게 보실 수 있습니다.
패킷의 경우 FTP 서버 장치에서 확인하셔야합니다.
