Don’t know much about PCB layout. However, shouldn’t pin #23 RSVD be tied to ground?

I checked the reference schematic and the schematic of the w5500 ethernet shield which wiznet sells, both left it not connected. According to the datasheet, it needs to be tied to ground, i’ll update it then. Thanks for the note.
