PCB 자료는 확인이 불가능합니다. 거버파일로 주시면 감사하겠습니다.
일단 회로만 검토해 보았습니다.
R220, R230, R231, R232의 값을 50옴 이하의 값으로 변경해보면서 테스해보시길 바랍니다.
RJ45의 Shield를 GND연결하지 마시고 CHGND로 열결해 Earth GND와 연결해 보시길 바랍니다.

저항값을 변경하여도 동일문제가 발생합니다.
PCB LAYER와 상관이 있는지 궁급하네요
RJ45부분보다는 전단에서 노이즈가 나오는걸로 보입니다
기술지원이 가능하신지 여부 확인바랍니다.
