자문 자답입니다…
원인은 CMSIS-DAP Firmware가 이전 버전이라서 …
해결책은 Reset 버튼 눌러서 CMSIS-DAP DISK로 진입해서
이전 버전지우고 새버전을 다운받아서 복사하면 되네요…
