Project Summary (40–60 words) This project builds an emergency evacuation guidance system on ESP32-S3 that streams 640×480 MJPEG while delivering power and network over a single PoE Ethernet cable. A WIZnet W6100 offloads TCP/IP in hardware and uses high-speed SPI + DMA to reduce CPU load, stabilize FPS, and remove Wi-Fi dependency for fire-critical operation.
