Overview FieldLink is a small industrial controller pattern: keep the “must-not-fail” actions local and deterministic (physical STOP, mode interlock), then layer cloud visibility and optional remote control on top. It reports three-phase current (Ia/Ib/Ic) via Modbus RS485, publishes telemetry to MQTT over TLS, and drives a contactor output plus RUN/FAULT indicators.
