Hi, santax.
We don’t have any application note and reference schematics like your application.
I think phy or mac interface has no problem but we don’t know what’s your application and we cannot guarantee.
So, I recommend to test yourself.

looking better in the datasheet, seems that the wiznet need a PHY layer outside the MII interface.
So, I think that the Wiznet should be configured in PHY mode.
