PING의 경우 ICMP 메세지로
WIZNET의 TCP/IP CHIP을 IPRAW 모드로 open하여 ping 데이터를 전송할 경우 가능합니다.

W5500이 아닌 다른칩의 경우도 위와같은 동작은 가능합니다.
