안녕하세요.
Server mode로 동작 시 serial data를 먼저 보내도 데이터가 전송되어야 합니다.
우선, 현재 사용하시는 모듈의 펌웨어 업데이트가 선행되어야 할 것 같습니다.
(현재 WIZ750SR F/W의 최신 버전은 1.2.4 입니다.)
아래 링크를 참조해 ISP Tool로 All(App+Boot) 펌웨어 업데이트를 진행한 다음 진행 부탁드립니다.

해당 wiz750sr-evb 가 없는 상태입니다.
우선 Application Firmware Binary 만 config 툴로
update 해도 될까요?
:: 아 이게 Application 만 update 하니까

안녕하세요.
Boot code가 함께 업데이트 되었기 때문에 전체 F/W 업데이트가 필요합니다.
모듈 형태로 사용하고 계시다면 USB to TTL 모듈과 점퍼 케이블을 사용해 Pin으로 연결하셔도 됩니다.

동일한 현상이 발견 되네요~!
모듈은 이상이 없다는 가정하에
Client 쪽을 점검해보도록 하겠습니다.
