안녕하세요 위즈네트 입니다.
기본적으로 위 설명대로 하신다면 연결이 되어야 하는 것이 정상입니다.
Configuration tool은 UDP Broadcast로 패킷을 주고 받고 동일한 망에 있기만 한다면 검색이 가능합니다.
하지만 TCP 연결에서 공용 IP를 사용하지 않고 사설 IP를 사용하실 경우 PC의 IP 대역을 WIZ750SR과 같은 대역으로 설정하고 연결을 하셔야 합니다.
PC의 IP를 WIZ750SR과 같은 대역대로 설정을 하셨는지 확인 부탁드립니다.
같은 대역대로 설정을 하셔도 안된다면,
Configuration tool 설정 화면과 TCP 클라이언트 프로그램의 화면을 캡쳐하셔서 올려주시길 바랍니다.

UART 를 연결한 상태로 전원을 넣어서 AT Mode 로 동작 중 이었습니다.
UART 연결 해제후 TCP/IP Client 프로그램과 정상 통신 되는걸 확인 하였습니다.
