안녕하세요.
우선 간헐적으로 그런 문제가 발생한다는 것은 저희로써도 정확한 판단을 하기가 어렵습니다…
말씀하신대로 부품 불량일 수도 있고, 회로와 펌웨어 문제일 수도 있습니다.
해당 문제는 회로 PCB 등 확인 및 전체적인 검토가 필요해 보입니다.
