Hi
If you saw the BOOT mode (boot pin enables), I think It is firmware independent problem.
Please try factory default using the Function key(push the button 3 times)
Do you have another Evaluation Board of WizFi250? if you have that. Please test the module with another Evaluation Board of WizFi250.
