안녕하세요.
UDP의 경우, connection 과정이 없기 때문에 상대방 peer와의 연결점을 별도로 갖지 않습니다.
따라서, configuration tool의 destination information에 위치한 peer IP / Port 정보가 일치하여야 데이터의 송/수신이 가능합니다.
configuration tool의 peer 정보를 PC의 IP 주소로 설정하셔서 다시 테스트 해 보시기 바랍니다.
만약 peer IP 정보가 일치하는데도 통신이 되지 않을 경우,
방화벽이나 바이러스 백신 프로그램 등에서 보안을 위해 UDP Port를 차단하고 있을 가능성이 있으므로 확인하셔서 해제 하신 후 테스트 부탁 드립니다.

PC의 IP를 Peer에 설정하니 잘 동작 합니다.
