스위치쪽 mode를 [00011]로 하여
PHY mode for MII 로 동작해서
핀 I/O는 아래와 같습니다.
W3150A+ RTL8306SD
pin 46(Input) ----- pin81(output)
pin 55(input) ----- pin82(output)

Switch chip의 납땜쪽에 문제가 있었습니다
Switch 쪽 MII의 RXC와 TXC에서 신호가 잘나옵니다.
Switching 동작도 잘합니다.
그런데 Ping을 하거나 loopback 을 이용하면 접속이 안됩니다.
W3150A+ 에 Network configuration은 이상이 없는데요.
(set/get 을 통해 array 값을 비교해서 제대로 설정되었는지 확인했습니다.)
혹시 확인해야 할 방법이 있는지요?
