PulseTank — Heartbeat-Driven Actuator Controller This project implements a heartbeat-driven actuator controller using Teensy 3.2, pulse sensors, and a solenoid actuator. Sensor data is processed in real time and transmitted as OSC messages over UDP via WIZnet WIZ850io Ethernet or ESP8266 Wi-Fi. The system combines interrupt-based pulse detection, BPM smoothing, and deterministic actuator timing.
