I have designed a similar product before, which also integrated all the components of Serial to Ethernet module into RJ45. At that time, two PCBs were used, and a connector was used to connect the two PCBs. But it was abandoned because it was too difficult to produce. Now, there are no patent restrictions, and the production cost of FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) has also dropped, so I decided to use FPC to redesign this product.
