Dear kresten,
The ferrite connected between the digital and analog VCC could be used any ferrite Bead 120Ohm.
Thanks,
WIZnet.

Okay - thank you
Is there any reason it is rated 3amps?
It seems like a lot when the chip is rated ~120milliamps?
Regards

Dear kresten,
You could be used any ferrite Bead 60~120 Ohm and ~1A. (depending to your system)
Please, refer to Spec. of HH-1M1608-121JT, as below
Part No. / Typ. / min. / DC Resistance (Ω) max. / Rated current (mA) max.
HH-1M1608-121□□ / 120 / 90 / 0.14 / 1100
Thanks,
WIZnet
