Most probably it is related to any operation of the socket in established state which requires response from the remote node - on the picture
sendandrecv, which requireackpacket back. If this packet does not arrive in time (see RTR/RCR/KPALVTR and related registers and their descriptions) then socket is considered is dead and auto-close at W6100 side.
