안녕하세요 위즈네트 입니다.
일단 회로를 보니 일반 D-sub 커넥터를 사용하셨네요. D-sub 사용하시면 저희가 해드릴 수 있는 것이 제한적입니다.
이더넷 신호는 아날로그이고 고속 신호이기 때문에 정해진 커넥터 정해진 케이블들이 있습니다.
이것을 지키지 않는다면 성능에는 이상이 있기 마련입니다.
PCB를 보니 이더넷 신호의 반대편 레이어에 상당히 많은 신호들이 크로스로 지나가는 것을 확인했습니다. 이더넷 신호 아래쪽은 신호배선을 하지 않는 것을 추천드립니다.
만약 이런 경우라면 PCB를 4층으로 설계를 해서 내층에 GND를 넣어 영향을 상쇄시키는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다.
그리고 100M은 됬더라도 10M는 안될수 있습니다. 10M는 100M가 보다 좀더 외부 노이즈에 민감할수 있습니다.
