안녕하세요
첨부해주신 이미지는 모듈의 boot pin에 의해 boot mode로 진입한 것으로 보입니다.

모듈의 boot pin이 GND와 연결되어 있다면, pin을 floating 한 후에 모듈을 리셋하면 정상동작 할 것입니다.

WizFi250이 BOOT 모드일때
MCU에서 SPI로 데이터를 전송하면 저런현상이 발생하는 것 같습니다.
MCU에서 SPI로 데이터를 전송하는 것을 막았더니 현상이 사라지네요.

해결되었다니 다행이네요
boot mode에서는 uart만 지원합니다.
