혹시 장치의 모드를 TCP Client로 설정했을 때도 동일한 증상이 있는지 확인 부탁드립니다.

server mode일 경우 접속이 안되면 client mode일 경우도 접속을 안합니다.
디바이스 종류는 뭘 말씀하시는지… Title에 w7500s2e라고 쓴게 제품명 입니다.
다른걸 말씀하시는거면 알려주시기 바랍니다.
현재 제품은 6개를 구매했고 모두 동일합니다.
펌웨어 버전은 어떻게 볼 수 있는지요.
이 제품은 git hub에 펌웨어가 올라가 있지 않습니다.
config tool 화면은 올리겠습니다
신규회원이라고 하나만 가능하네요 ㅡㅡ;
다른 탭에 있는 캡쳐 이미지는 따로 올리겠습니다.

펌웨어 버전은 좌측 디바이스 리스트에서 맥 주소 왼쪽의 + 버튼을 누르면 볼 수 있습니다.
디바이스 종류는 W7500S2E가 세 종류여서 어떤 모듈을 사용중인지 질문드린 것인데, 현재 eshop에서는 한 종류만 판매하고 있네요. W7500S2E-R1을 사용중이신 것 같습니다.
올려주신 정보들로 증상 확인 후 답변 드리겠습니다.

아…펌웨어 버전 확인하면 보니 start mode가 at command로 되어 있는것을 발견했습니다.
data mode로 변경하니 잘 동작 하네요.
