감사합니다.
답글 달아주신대로 프로그램을 사용하여 테스트하여 보았습니다.
그 결과 AT$0d$0a를 입력하면 결과가 Pa로 나오게 됩니다.
들어가는 값이 무언가 문제가 있어 이런 것인지 아니면 말씀주셨던대로 포맷에 문제가 있는것인지 알고십습니다.

유선으로 말씀해 주신대로 연결되는 다른 칩을 제거하고 실행하여 보아도 이전과 같이 다른 값이 나오는 문제가 발생합니다.
지속적으로 AT$0d$0a 뿐만아니라 AT 등을 입력하면 같은 쓰레기 값이 아닌 다른 쓰레기값으로 변경되어서 나오게 됩니다.
