w5500에 이런기능은 지원되지 않는 것인지
아니면 지원 되는데 이용을 잘못했는 지 알 수 없을 까요?

하나의 칩으로 loopback을 하시고 싶으신건가요?
W5500은 내부 loopback 기능이없습니다.
W5500칩을 두개 사용하셔서 서로 client server로 통신은 가능합니다.
