안녕하세요 위즈네트 입니다.
아주 간혹 특정 허브에서 네트워크 품질 저하에 대한 이슈는 있었으나,
특정허브에서 통신이 되지 않는 이슈는 없었던것 같습니다.
혹시 현재 사용하실때 LINK LED의 상태를 알수 있을까요?

링크 LED 점등은 문제가 없었습니다.
하지만 Ping Test에서 응답되지 않습니다.
