안녕하세요. 위즈네트 입니다.
특정 공유기에서는 공유기가 할당해 주지 않는 IP의 통신을 막는 경우가 있습니다.
PC의 IP를 192.168.11.xxx(WIZ107SR과 같은 대역)로 설정하시고 검색해보시길 바랍니다.
공유기에서 사용 하시려면 DHCP 모드로 설정하고 하셔야 합니다.

PC의 Firewall 이 기동중인 것 같습니다.
Firewall을 우선 일시 정지하시고 다시 해 보시기 바랍니다.
