가능합니다.
W5500 Datasheet를 참고하시면 Socket 모드 중 MACRAW라는 기능이 있습니다.
아래 공식 사이트에 접속하셔서 W5500 Datasheet를 업로드 하시면 MACRAW 기능이 있습니다.
위 기능을 사용하여 ping 사용이 가능합니다.

이 방법외에 alive 상태를 체크할 수 있는 함수는 keep alive packet을 사용하는 방법이 있습니다.

근데 솔직히 넘 low level function 인거 같아 어떻게 구체적으로 구현할지도 모르겠고, 엄두도 안나네요 ㅠㅠ, 혹시 샘플 예제나 좀 쉬운방법 없을까요.
