basically, WIZnet open the firmware(.bin), driver, application node and programming guide. in the page [url]http://www.wiznet.io/product-item/w7100a/[/url]
And there are some options you can choose being better.
it is just mcu chip. no MAC address and no hardware

it has MAC address and firmware(already downloaded) but no hardware

it has MAC and it is serial to ethernet module

I do not know what you want to do with W7100A. but
there are many options with W7100A, so I recommend to choose better product.
