제품의 펌웨어를 다시 재설치 해보시는게 좋을 것 같습니다.

현재 모듈의 시리얼 통신이 정상작동하지 않아 상태여서 AT COMMAND가 적용되지 않으며 펌웨어 재설치 또한 불가능한 것으로 보입니다.
혹시 펌웨어 재설치 외에 하드웨어 리셋을 할 수 있는 방법이 없을까요?

안녕하세요
WIZSmartScript를 사용하시는 과정에서 COM port를 제대로 설정하시 않으신것 같습니다.
장치관리자 - 포트(COM & LPT)에서 USB Serial port를 확인하시어 WIZSmartScript의 COM에 적어주신 후에 다시 시도해보시길 바랍니다.
하드웨어 리셋(팩토리 디폴트) 방법은 EVB의 SW3을 두번 연속 눌러주시면 됩니다.
