안녕하세요.
일단 Config tool에서 Search를 하는 것은 같은 서브넷상에 있는 S2E 장비를 찾는 것입니다.
즉, LAN Cable이 연결되어 있어야만 Search가 가능합니다.
그런데 Config tool에서 Search가 안된다는 것은,
입니다.
펌웨어는 어떻게 업데이트를 하셨나요??
정확한 Test 구성 환경을 기재해주셔야 정확한 답변이 가능합니다.
