같은 네트워크에 3과 4를 쓰는 다른 디바이스가 있어서 안되는 것 같습니다.
IP가 중복되면 충돌로 인해 동작하지 않습니다.
해당 네트워크에 연결되어 있는 디바이스중에 3과 4를 쓰는 디바이스가 있는지 (W5100은 연결하지 않은 상태로) ping test를 해보시기바랍니다.
