안녕하세요
Ping이 정상적인데 TCP 통신이 안된다 하시면 유추할 수 있는 문제는 2가지 정도로 예상 되는데요.
Port를 잘못 입력하여 통신이 안되는 경우
Socket open이 안되있어 통신이 안되는 경우
주신 패킷정보로 보아 아마도 192.168.0.3:50239이 PC 192.168.0.2:1000이 W5100인 것 같은데요
서로 8000port에 data를 날리고 있는 것 같습니다. 어느쪽이 Server인지는 모르겠지만 Server와 Client 두 곳의 Destination port가 서로를 향해있는지 확인해주세요. 확인해보시고 다른 문제라면 현재 네트워크가 어떻게 구성되었있는지 정확한 시나리오와 어떤 어플리케이션인지 사용한 Source는 어떤 것이다 등 더 자세한 정보를 주시기 바랍니다.
