안녕하세요…
위 상황만으로는 정확한 원인을 파악하기 힘듭니다.
예상하신대로 하드웨어 문제인듯 하며, 전원을 on/off할때 uart 시그널이 발생하는것 같습니다.
1번에서 말씀하신대로 해결 가능할 것이라고 생각합니다.
