네 접속을 다시 해야 합니다.
Disconnect를 이용하여 연결을 끊은 후
IP 변경 후 재 open후 연결하셔서 사용하시면 됩니다.

원하시는 Flow라 하신다면,
우선 TCP통신인 3-Way-handshake 방식의 대한 선행지식이 있어야합니다.
이것은 server 모드이든, client 모드이든 동일합니다.
