W5200관련 소스코드는 말씀하신 PIC과 AVR만 지원하고있습니다.
Cortex관련 소스코드를 찾으신다면, W5500으로 STM32F103에 포팅한 소스코드는 있습니다.
이를 참고하여 사용하시면 될것 같습니다.
