그 방법대로 했는데 안되길래 질문 드린겁니다.
그런데 첨부파일 확장자가 pcapng 인데 확장자 이름에 따라 안되나봐요.
그래서 압축했더니 올라가네요.

이 질문은 해결했습니다.
GIF 파일 시작 위치가 1바이트 밀려 전송된 바람에 생긴 문제네요.
