DHCP 할당은 정상적으로 이루어지는데,
사용 중인 IP 주소 정보에 W5500 제품의 IP가 나타나지 않는다는 말씀이신 것 같습니다.
이러한 부분은 IpTime 측 공유기의 DHCP 할당 정보 처리에 대한 확인이 필요할 것 같습니다.
확인 되는대로 추가적인 댓글 드리도록 하겠습니다.
랜선의 연결 여부는 W5500의 PHY link를 확인함으로써 알 수 있습니다.
이와 관련된 레지스터는 PHYCFGR(W5500 PHY Configuration Register) 입니다.
레지스터의 자세한 정보는 Datasheet를 참고 바랍니다.

IpTime (EFM networks) 기술지원 측에 문의한 결과,
공유기 웹 설정에 표시되는 '사용 중인 IP 주소 정보’는 현재 데이터를 교환 중인 네트워크 디바이스의 IP 정보를 표시하도록 구현되어 있다고 합니다.
따라서 W5500을 이용한 DHCP 동작에는 문제가 없습니다.
또한 웹 설정의 '동작 IP 할당 수’와 공유기 내 DHCP 할당 로그도 정상적으로 표시됩니다.
DHCP를 통해 IP 주소를 할당 받더라도 실질적인 데이터 교환이 없다면 해당 정보 창에 표시되지 않으며, 데이터 교환 중에 실시간으로 업데이트 되어 표시되는 것을 확인한 점 추가로 알려드립니다.
