안녕하세요.
문제가 된 제품을 몇개 가지고 계시면 우선은 첨부한 최신 펌웨어를 모듈에 업로드해서 테스트해보시기 바랍니다.
그리고 그 중 하나는 구매하신 대리점을 통해서 RMA 처리해주십시요. 그러면 저희가 직접 확인해보도록 하겠습니다.

6대를 내부에서 TEST하였으나 초반에 한번 재현되고 6일동안 더이상 재연이되지 않았습니다.
이런 상황에서도 제품을 보내면 분석이 가능한지 궁금합니다.
일단 보내주신 펌웨어를 UPGRADE 하고 1대는 하지 않고 대기 하도록 하겠습니다.

위에 UPGRADE용 FILE이 HEX FILE입니다.
UPGRADE시 BIN FILE이 필요 한것으로 알고 있는데요.
그냥 HEX TO BIN 으로 변화 하면 되는 것인지…
가능하면 BIN로 다시 올려 주시기 부탁드립니다.
