Added WizNet w6100 IPv4 Support

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Tested with examples/wiznet5k_simpletest.py and examples/wiznet5k_simpleserver.py on WizNet w5100s, w5500 and w6100. Able to obtain DHCP lease, so UDP connections are working. The two example scripts tested TCP client and server connections, OK.
