Sensoco Ethernet Gateway is an extremely flexible wireless Ethernet gateway with many different hardware options. A unique feature is the market-proven TCP/IP stack which had been fully coded in hardware. Auto negotiation (Full / Half Duplex) and Auto MDI / MDIX are supported. Sensoco Ethernet Gateway is based on a SoC (System-on-Chip) device incorporating a 8051 core with a pipelined architecture which can handle up to 8 independent sockets simultaneously. Memory support includes 64K Bytes of Data Memory (SRAM), 64K Bytes of Program FLASH Memory, 2K Bytes Boot Code Memory and 255 Bytes of Data FLASH. The Data Buffer for the network has a capacity of 32K Bytes. As an option serial Data-Fash memory up to 8Mbit is available. Internal communication is handled by a fullduplex UART. Sensoco Ethernet Gateway can be populated with nearly all members of the wireless transceiver module suite manufactured by Radiocrafts thus giving the customer the choice of wireless MBus, TinyMesh, KNX RF multi, ZigBee and narrow-band communication with RC232 on many different ISM frequency bands.
