I have no idea about WizFi210-WiFi-direct, but WizFi250 will support WiFi direct in a few months.

Is WizFi250 will have a shield and is its sofware will be based on github github.com/Wiznet/WizFiShield software?
More generally can you tell me if WizFi250 is AT command compatible with WizFi220.

WizFi250 will support Arduino Library in a few months and we will upload it to github.
And AT Command of WizFi250 is not compatible with WizFi220.
