W7200 데이터시트에 나오는 “Land Pattern Recommendation” 과 첨부해 드리는 파일을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
첨부해 드리는 파일은 W7200의 Allegro 라이브러리를 추출/압축한 것입니다.
16개의 방열패드는 같은 GND속성이더라도, Land Pattern Recommendation을 따르시길 바랍니다.

ORCAD 에서 PADS 컨버팅하기가 쉽지않네요.
혹시 IC 하나만 거버파일이나 PADS파일로 주실순없나요?

저희도 PADS로 된 라이브러리는 없으며, 데이타시트와 첨부해 드린 추출 파일을 참고하셔서
직접 작성하시면 고맙겠습니다. 거버데이타의 전달은 어렵겠습니다.
