If you are using the "WIZnet-PICO-C" repository, you do not need to manually specify the bootloader or SPI clock divider. These settings are handled automatically based on the board configuration.
-> https://github.com/WIZnet-ioNIC/WIZnet-PICO-C
To support the RP2350 (Pico 2) environment, simply modify the WIZnet-PICO-C/CMakeLists.txt file as follows:
By setting the BOARD_NAME, the SDK and the project will automatically apply the correct flash size, bootloader header (PICOBIN), and optimized SPI clock settings for your hardware.

Hi,
That’s correct. The upstream pico-sdk does not currently include a board definition for W6100_EVB_PICO2 (so it’s expected that you won’t find it if you only look at pico-sdk).
However, the WIZnet-PICO-C example repository vendors/includes pico-sdk and is set up to build for W6100-EVB-Pico2 via its own BOARD_NAME selection.
So, it’s not “officially registered/supported in upstream pico-sdk”, but it is supported/compatible within the WIZnet-PICO-C example project.
To use it, clone the repository with submodules (e.g. --recurse-submodules), then enable the commented line in the top-level WIZnet-PICO-C/CMakeLists.txt:
and build as usual.
