TX/RX buffer size를 16KB로 설정하셨다면, Window size 는 TX/RX 에 맞게 Window 사이즈로 할당이되며,
TCP handshake 과정에서 상대측에게 Window size를 광고 해주게 됩니다.
따라서 ,SYN 패킷(Client에서 송신)과 SYN/ACK패킷(Server에서 송신)의 내용을 확인하시어 Window 사이즈를 어떻게 광고하는지 확인하시는 지 확인해 보시고,
실제로 TX/RX buffer Size가 16KB로 설정이 잘 되어 있는 지 확인을 해보시면 좋을 도움이 될 것 같습니다.
